Summary: Amazing location and beautiful home! Many homes along Beach Ave do not have a usable beach directly across the street, but this one does and its and its gorgeous. The group had a blast sitting in the sunroom, playing cads, even taking a ploar bear plunge in the ocean (40 degrees)! Highly recommend the house to other large groups

It couldn’t be more perfect except for the weather but being inside, cooking eating and drinking in front of the fire easily filled that void. Summary: It was amazing! This old victorian, beautiful and so unique. Of course with all the modern amenities. I do believe our families favorite spot was the sunroom and the front porch. Really though we enjoyed watching tv and visiting with the gas fireplace. Family dinners in the dinning room.Guitar playing, music and coffee in the sunroom.beautiful views and laughs on the front porch! Walks in the beach finding sand dollars with the friendly seagulls. I will cherish the memories made here.

Summary: The beach house was perfect for our family reunion/canadian Thanksgiving. Great well maintained property that sleeps 18 perfectly. Lots of space and the house has everything you will need. Olivia and Patrick were so easy to communicate with. Couldn’t recommend it more!!
